Are you ready? Conner James Photography is moving to Glen Carbon, Illinois! Are you excited? I know I am! I can't wait to be back in Illinois! We have been living in Washington state for the last twoand a half years and I am ready for some sunshine, the Zoo and Imos/Peels Pizza! 

I specialize in Newborn photography & photograph babies in their 1st year of life. While I love working with babies, I also offer Mini Sessions throughout the year as well. I do offer model calls throughout the year too, so make sure you follow my webisite/facebook page. You can also become a VIP Client by subscribing to my newsletter. Baby Kendall models in the Studio!

Hey Beautiful, Did you see the gorgeous baby I recently had in the studio? I was looking for a newborn model to help me with a project for my newborn mentoring. A woman named, Page answered my ad and said that she just had a baby girl on January 4th and would like the opportunity to have her newborn model. 

We chatted and figured out the details. The session was on January 12th in the afternoon. I was so happy to meet baby Kendall. She was so sweet & the perfect model! I asked Page, Kendall's mom, how she felt when she first met Kendall and she said "Amazed! I was in pure awe with my Kendall & with myself for being a Goddess! We rocked that delivery room!" Guess what? They did! Page deliver baby Kendall in 4 hours! That is amazing!  

Baby Kendall helped me to create 5 Newborn wrapping videos! After the videos we continued her newborn session. Kendall's nursery color scheme is pink, grey, & neutrals.  I definitely gave her the princess treatment. ❤️

Page & Dylan, Kendall's mom and dad, got to choose items from my studio to use in their newborn session. Kendall looked amazing in every thing but the Kitty bonnet was extra special because Daddy & Mommy have two kitty fur babies as well!  

The advice Page said she would give to someone who is looking to get newborn portraits photographed is "Christine is a baby whisper! Come here! I'm so impressed with how she handled, fed, soothed my baby so confidently. Page's favorite part about our session together was my gentleness with her newborn and how I took my time with her session. I like to make sure I have everything just right, after all these are your portraits to cherish forever!

Sweet Josiah

Hi amazing readers, 

Thank you for stopping by! I can't wait to tell you all about my first newborn session of 2018, Baby Josiah! Josiah did great during his session, Mom & Dad did a wonderful job of following my Newborn Session Parent Prep Guide, which made the session a breeze & ensuring great portraits  to cherish forever. 

 Look at all his hair! I just love it!

When I ask Josiah mom and dad what was their favorite part about our session together they said "Watching Christine put the props on Josiah and being impressed because he is not wake up". I think it's more so because Josiah, knew it was time to turn on the charm! He definitely won me over within the  first 5 minutes of his newborn session. 

Josiah was born on December 31st, 2017 to the proud parents of Angelica and Akira. Josiah is healthy, happy and perfect! Josiah's mom said the first time she saw him she felt "Like I fell in love for the 3rd time".  When I asked Angelica how was her experience having Josiah photographed she said "I was very exited to have my newborn photographed. Christine, did an amazing job, and she is so good with newborn's".  

I loved Josiah in these poses. He looks so relaxed and oh so handsome!

Angelica and Akira met in the military and so it's only fitting that the sentimental items they brought in were combat boots and an army OPC. This made Josiah's newborn session extra special. Oh, my goodness! He is so adorable! 

Josiah is so sweet & loving! I felt so blessed to be able to capture this moment for his family. I could truly feel the love in my studio. Welcome to the world, Josiah! Congratulations to Angelica, Akira, & big brother Kayden! Angelica & Akira, from the bottom of my heart, I  appreciate your kind words &  I wish you all the very best!  You have a beautiful family, Thank you so much for sharing them with me!

Welcome to my new website! Conner James Photography is growing, and with new growth brings new changes. I am so excited for the new year, 2018! All sessions now come with online private downloadable galleries with Print Release instead of CD. CD's are still available for purchase upon request. Also, I will be offering mini sessions this year, just not as many as last year. 

I have added new props & backdrops in the studio, anticipating the new year. I also have started to add more client portraits to the studio walls! You or your child may be on my studio wall the next time you visit the studio!

Be Mine Mini Sessions are now available for booking. You can schedule your Be Mine Mini Session any time between January 15th, 2018 - February 15, 2018. They do include a class wallet size Valentine card personalized with your child's name, year, & portrait! Oh, and be sure to check out my new Referral Program for clients! It is pretty awesome & can save you money!
