1 . When is the best time to book a newborn session?

The best time to book your newborn session is when you are in your second trimester. By booking then, you are ensured you get a session spot. I can only take a limited amount of newborn sessions each month. Newborns have their own time frame. Some newborns arrive early while others arrive late. This way I have ability to can change your session date if needed. Booking early also allows me time to plan for your session as well!

2. Do your newborn sessions include siblings?

My newborn sessions do include siblings! If you purchased my Full Newborn Session, then yes you can get sibling photos too! I will choose the best poses to suit your children’s ages.

3. Do you provide the props for newborn sessions?

I do provide props for the session! I have tons of wraps, headbands, hats, and bonnets. I have baskets, bowls, buckets, and more! I have a lot backdrops too.

4. What if my newborn is fussy or won’t sleep?

Babies cry. It happens. It is not the end of the session. I have over 11 years of experience. I know how to soothe your baby and make magic happen. Did you know that some poses the baby doesn’t have to be asleep to pose? We will get adorable poses! Don’t worry! I got this!

5. How can I prepare for the newborn session?

Yes, you can prepare for the session! Having a new baby & leaving the house can be stressful, especially for new parents. The best way to minimize stress is to be prepared. Make sure the diaper bag is packed the night before. Make sure your alarm is set. Wake up early enough to get not only you ready but the baby fed & changed too. I recommend to give yourself a hour and half of time. Please account for the drive time too. It is always better to be early than to be late. 6. When is payment due?

Payment for session is due at time of booking.

7. What is the gallery download time frame for downloading images?

All Sessions have a two week gallery download digital gallery time frame. Session Gallery Re-upload Fee is $68.00 if your session gallery has expired.

8. Do you offer refunds?

I do not offer refunds. Sessions can always be rescheduled. In the event of me issuing a refund, for instance if you just booked a session, booked the wrong session and needed to change it. I would refund But there will be a fee, so I would minus the fee from the refund amount. The fee is the processing fee the credit card processor charged for your payment it varies by the amount you paid.

9. Rescheduling/Canceling.

If an illness or other situation prevents a photo session (weather permitting) from taking place, you may reschedule your session and your nonrefundable retainer will be held for your new agreed upon date with one reschedule if Conner James Photography Inc is contacted 48 hours or more before your scheduled session time begins. If Conner James Photography Inc is not contacted 48 hours before the session scheduled time a rescheduling fee of $35.00 is due to reschedule the session. The 2nd and consequential reschedules require a rescheduling fee ($35.00) each upon choosing new date(s). Rescheduling fee ($35.00) invoice must be paid before the new scheduled session can take place. The paid session non refundable retainer fee can be transferred to another day and time upon the rescheduling of a session, so long as the rescheduled session takes place within 1 month of the original session date, otherwise the retainer fee will be forfeited. If the Client cancels a session for any reason and does not reschedule within the provided One (1) month period, the Client will forfeit the nonrefundable retainer fee. Photographer is not responsible for having an open session date for the rescheduled session date.
A no call/no show within 2 hours or after session start time forfeits the entire nonrefundable retainer fee. A new nonrefundable retainer fee must be paid to reserve a new session date. If you are more than 20 minutes late, your session may have to be rescheduled for another date, along with a new rescheduling fee (prorated per session $35.00) paid to reserve another date. At the discretion of the photographer, if your session is able to continue that same day, your session may be cut short and the minimum amount of images guaranteed no longer applies. Shooting commences at the scheduled start time and ends at the scheduled end time.

10. Do you give out raw images?

No. I do not give out raw images.

11. Do you provide props for Milestone Sessions?

Yes I do.

12. How many outfit changes are included for milestone and 1st birthday sessions?

I recommend at least two outfits. One outfit for the portraits and one outfit for the cakes smash.

13. Do you provide maternity dresses for sessions?

Yes, I do for studio sessions. I have multiple dresses and styles to choose from. I have one size fits all and large to extra large.

14. Can I combine sales and promotions?

No. Sales and promotions can not be combined.
